Thank you for downloading a Mike Graham product!
The following is a list of some of the more prominent products that I
distribute:
HexEdit The most powerful hexadecimal patch editor ever written (by
me, anyways). The patch editor of choice for those of us
who actually have to USE the things. The flagship of my
fleet. Distrubuted as HEXEDnn.ZIP.
HexPrint A simple utility for printing out binary files with no
muss, no fuss. Vastly superior to doing screenprints from
HexEdit. Distributed as HXPRNnn.ZIP.
FileComp Another simple yet wonderful utilility. Similar to the
COMP program that you get free with DOS (you get what you
pay for) except that it is much more intelligent in the way
it outputs the discrepant information. Distributed as
FCOMPnn.ZIP.
HexConvert Earth-shatteringly wonderous command-line utility. Life
doesn't get much better than this (and you can be sure of
that, because my bent for objectivity is widely renowned).
With HexConvert, you simply type in a random integer in
decimal, hexadecimal, or binary, and you will be informed
of that number's value in all three bases. Very handy.
Released to Public Domain as HCONVnn.ZIP.
MemTrack An astoundingly useful unit for Turbo Pascal programmers
which tracks the amount of heap and stack their programs
use, allowing for fine-tuning of the $M compiler directive.
Release to public domain as MEMTRKnn.ZIP
Note that the 'nn' in the ZIP file names are the two digit version numbers
(i.e. HEXED21.ZIP).
Registered versions of HexEdit are shipped with all of these utilities
tossed in as well.
